We offer a 7-day return policy for unworn watches in their original condition with all tags and protective films intact. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.

Yes, we offer complimentary bracelet sizing. Simply provide your wrist measurement in the 'Order Notes' section at checkout, though please note that resized watches are final sale.
